From the producer, via the supplier, to the vessel and onto the plate as a delicious dish - all for your guests! Procurement procedures form the backbone of a cost efficient and successful product delivery. This is influenced by, but not limited to, parameters such as the intended final product deliverables (standards); the vessel’s itinerary and trading area – local infrastructure and availability; applicable purchasing requirements incl. ecological foot print; the vessel’s GA, e.g. capacity of store-rooms, service areas, etc. . We are looking forward to developing a tailor-made provisioning strategy in close cooperation with you, taking the final itinerary, your individual prioritization of local purchase, brand consistency, and price sensitivity into consideration.
