We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our onboard team.
The Chef de Partie onboard the cruise ship Club Med 2 will be responsible for a specific station in the galley, ensuring the preparation and delivery of dishes to meet the highest standards. The culinary expertise, attention to detail, and teamwork of this person, will contribute to the successful execution of our diverse menus.

Primary Responsibility of the Role:
· Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and guidelines.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned station.
· Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient operations in the galley.
· Support the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
· Ensure dishes are prepared to meet high culinary standards and maintain consistency.

We are looking for an experienced Bar Waiter to join our onboard team.
The Bar Waiter onboard the cruise ship Club Med 2 will be responsible for providing a smooth and efficient bar / wine service within an allocated area. Serve guests and provide a professional bar service, enhancing the guest, fully adhering to company service standards.

Primary Responsibility of the Role:
·  Serve drinks to guests complying fully with the Responsible Service of Alcohol policies and procedures, including informing the Head Bar Tender / Bar Manager when a guest has consumed excessive alcohol.
· Actively generate bar revenues by promoting set campaigns, increasing revenue generating opportunities and working to exceed targets.
· Correctly enter guests billing into the relevant system in a timely manner. Assist with controlling bar budget costs by ensuring that all products, equipment and cleaning materials are used in a cost effective and efficient manner.
· Follow all working and cleaning routines and rotas and ensure the appearance and condition of all items including glasses, equipment and bottles meet the required standards. Keep the outlet neat and tidy at all times.
·Set up and clear down the area prior to and after service periods. Use and maintain all bar equipment correctly, reporting any repairs required promptly.
· Meet and greet guests and assist with baggage as required on embarkation / disembarkation days, safely moving guest luggage.
·Support the Restaurant  department by undertaking allocated duties within the Restaurant area as and when required.

· Provide attentive customer service to allocated tables throughout the service period. Process passenger billing correctly for the charge of food and drinks, where applicable, using the point-of-sale system.
· All restaurants and stations must be clean, orderly and properly prepared prior to restaurant opening. Inform the Restaurant Manager of any fixtures or fittings that need repair / renewal.
· Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner, when required and perform duties as requested.
· You have a complete knowledge of all the menu and food offering. The proper cutlery must be used for each dish as per the procedure line.

· Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
· Implement standardized recipes and plating guidelines to maintain a consistent guest experience.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager - Maître D’ ready to join in April.

Primary Responsibility of the Role:
· Leads the Restaurant teams and ensures training, development and supervision of the Restaurant teams in product knowledge and service.
· Supervises and motivates the team by ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are in place and executed before, during and after service.
· Ensures proper inventory processes including requisitions, receiving, moving and stocking product in accordance with first in/ first out (FIFO).
· Prepares for and leads all Sanitation and Public Health inspections.
· Advance planning, coordination and oversight of execution of special events and Banquets.
· Provides assistance to direct reports and the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in the execution of the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant venues.
· Manages the financial performance to exceed expectations for all Specialty venues in partnership with senior leadership.
· Coaches others by providing constructive feedback; helps others identify developmental needs and monitors progress; promoting an environment where everyone is valued and included.
· Coordinates and maintains on-going training programs and its’ execution to ensure all team members always have access to all pertinent training materials and are regularly tested on all information including menus, hours of operation, steps of service, Public Health and other divisional, brand information.
· Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty and integrity.
· Able to execute any electronic reservation system as assigned by company directives and to be able to train and guide on-board restaurant team members competently in the system.
· Ensuring cooperation and coordination of activities with all other departments, with special focus on the relationship with the Galley Department/Executive Chef.
· Leading “by example” by knowing manuals and guidelines, including the latest updates, and teaching/coaching on board teams for optimal results.
· Conducting VSP inspections with the shipboard management team, ensuring 100% compliance, including equipment status and maintenance reports.
· Monitoring NPS Scores and by engaging the management team immediately follows up on both success and failure to create an environment of acute awareness and positive re-enforcement.
· Additional duties may, and will, be assigned by the shore side management with an expectation of execution.
